Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team gets to work right away. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) before they leave our warehouse. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time — we'll break both down for you below so you know exactly what to expect.
During high-volume periods, such as major sales events or the holiday season, processing may occasionally take a bit longer. If that happens, we'll do our best to keep you informed.
Order Cutoff Time
We process orders on a daily cutoff schedule:
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST are processed the following business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next available business day.
Where We Ship
At this time, Finewick ships exclusively within the United States. Here's a breakdown of where we can and cannot deliver:
We currently ship to:
- The contiguous United States (the 48 connected states) — full service, including free shipping promotions.
We are unable to ship to the following locations at this time:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. small/outlying islands
- Military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses)
- U.S. territories and island dependencies (Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, etc.)
We know this is limiting for some of our customers, and we're actively working on expanding our shipping network. Free shipping promotions apply only to the contiguous United States — none of the locations listed above are eligible for any shipping service at this time, free or paid.
Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are simple and transparent:
- Orders totaling $0.01 to $34.99: a flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies.
- Orders totaling $35.00 or more: shipping is free.
Any applicable shipping charges will always be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase — no surprises.
Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery
All Finewick orders ship from our warehouse located in the United States, so you won't run into unexpected international customs delays for domestic orders.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, transit time to addresses within the contiguous U.S. typically takes 5-10 business days.
To help you plan, here's how your total estimated delivery time is calculated:
- Processing time: 1-3 business days
- Shipping (transit) time: 5-10 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 6-13 business days from the date your order is placed
Please keep in mind that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can occasionally run longer due to factors outside of our control, such as customs inspections, extreme weather, carrier flight delays, or increased shipping volume around major holidays. We appreciate your patience if this happens, and our support team is always available if you'd like an update on your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package's journey at any time using:

If tracking hasn't updated within a couple of days of receiving your shipping confirmation, don't worry — this is normal and usually resolves itself as the carrier scans the package at each checkpoint.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Finewick is not able to reroute or intercept a package once it has been handed off to the carrier, so we recommend confirming that your street address, apartment/unit number, city, state, and ZIP code are all correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Sales Tax
All prices listed on our site do not include sales tax. Where applicable, sales tax will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your state's tax regulations and the shipping address provided. The exact amount will be shown before you complete your payment, so you'll always know the full total in advance.
